I didn't want to obnoxiously post every meal that I had on Twitter…so I posted them here!

Picture
Waitress: "And for our specials tonight we have a swordfish that was flown in from Hawaii this morning." …Yeah I'll take that.

Picture
A vanilla charlotte with fresh berries from the Edgewood golf course restaurant in Lake Tahoe.

Picture
Fried salmon roll with wasabi dressing and caviar.

One of the best appetizers I've ever had.

From The House restaurant in San Francisco.

Picture
4th cappuccino today…worth staying up for.

Picture
Wasabi noodles with flatiron steak at The House restaurant in San Francisco.

Picture
In-n-Out was a good call. Definitely something to check out while in California.

Picture
One of the best cappuccinos I've had.

From a random café in downtown San Francisco.

Picture
When this is the lobby of the restaurant, yeah, top 5 meals ever.

Always a good way to start the day.

Picture
The "Rocket Boat"

Picture
My reaction when I saw people getting off of the rocket boat completely soaked. Kyle promised no water would get on the boat...

Picture
Kyle had to do something "fast" so we went on a 60mph boat tour..this was before we got soaked.

Picture
From the boat.

Picture
Can't resist steak nachos on a menu…damn good.

Picture
Enjoying some steak nachos and fish tacos after the boat ride.

Locked out of the room.

Picture
Amazing fish & chips for dinner. The restaurant had a great view of the water and Alcatraz.

One more day in San Francisco tomorrow, then Lake Tahoe, then Monterey!

Arrived at the hotel and these chairs were in the lobby.

This trip is going to be awesome...

Picture
Always have to find the Ferrari store in every city. Oakley store was right down the street…that was my morning today.

Picture
This was the best cappuccino that I've ever had…and I drink 2-3 cappuccinos a day.

I feel bad saying it because of my love for Small World in Princeton but this was slightly better.

Drank it on the Pier in SF with chocolate-dipped macaroons…perfect.

Picture
Kyle dragged me to a SF Giants game. I left after the first inning and got really lost on the way back to the hotel. Good thing because I needed some coffee and discovered Vietnamese Iced Coffee…wow.

Picture
Garlic fries are popular here…I see why, so amazing. This was at a restaurant called Calzone's.

Picture
Had no idea what I was about to taste…

This was from a sandwich shop called Ike's Place. http://ilikeikesplace.com/

Picture
This is ridiculously good.

Halal chicken, sweet orange glaze, avocado, pepper jack…damn good.

World Innovation Forum: New York City

6/23/2012

On Wednesday, June 20 I attended the World Innovation Forum in New York to see the top speakers on innovation. They included Guy Kawasaki (by far the best speaker) and Sir Ken Robinson, my favorite speaker on education and creativity.

I stayed in the Marriott Marquis and had a great view of Times Square (below)

For dinner I went to a revolving restaurant (yes, it actually spun around) on the 48th floor of the Marriott.

Next trip: California!
