Salmon in the center | The one on the left was our favorite of the 22 variations. I believe it's called soprasado I think this one included mushrooms, bacon & cheese | All of the pintxos are in display cases in front of you, and you can take as many as you'd like. You pay based on how many toothpicks are on your plate at the end of the meal |
